solid stay in the city center

superb location easy reach helpful staff good breakfast

The location was superb. It was very easy to reach from the airport using the volabus service. plenty of restaurants and bars are within walking distance. That was very useful. the staff were also helpful (they really went the extra mile). i found breakfast very good, it had a decent variety.

The air conditioning struggled a bit on the hotter days. I noticed that the room could get warm.

The breakfast offered a wide selection. The quality was excellent. the cappuccino was especially good (i had two cups each morning). there were plenty of italian pastries and a few american options.

The hotel is close to the center, the port, and the metro station. I used these transport options frequently. major attractions are within walking distance. I found this very convenient. the hotel is near shops and restaurants.

My room had twin beds and a piazza view. I appreciated the quiet surroundings. the room was cozy and very clean. I felt comfortable there. there was ample space for luggage and personal items. the wifi worked without problems.

Free coffee and pastries were available in the afternoons (a nice touch). the front desk team was friendly. Their smiles. the hotel ensured a comfortable environment for all guests. staff provided useful recommendations.
